AlphaHouse is a Private House located in Newport.
A Private Structure is a structure that are off limits to people. They cannot modify, open chests, get inside, and grief the place. If they do it, admins will ban them.
Process
Planning
Zappingsbrew initially planned it to become a rectangular, stone brick house. But, he decided to switch to the alpha-style house with cobblestone, oak planks, and oak logs because he thinks that there are no stone brick farms and building in this style is faster. Being fond with even numbers, he decided to make an 8x16 platform so it has a middle point, unlike other houses. He also decided to make a 2 story design to increase the area of the house. He also decided to use the oak logs as frames for the house to make building easier, safer, and faster while keeping its aesthetics.
Constructing
He chose to construct the house in the wilderness, so he starts investing in the materials that he needs to construct it but, Snakyman prefers this house to be constructed in Newport, his favorite city. So Zappingsbrew, immediately accepted the request and he collaborated with Snakyman, and 
Darkerfly to know which plot to construct it in Newport. Ultimately, he chose a plot that fits his house and that is space efficient at the same time so Darkerfly gave him the perms to construct in this plot. He used the "frame" design to build it faster and safer while maintaining its "alpha-style" look.
Progress
Before he originally built his house in the wilderness, he invested in a stack of materials that will be used for his house. But instead of building it there, he decided to build it in Newport so he can live there as his first house in MCO. Currently, he completely built and furnished the house so he can live there.
Completion
After some hours until 1:25 AM, the house is completely furnished and ready to be occupied by Zappingsbrew; along with important people with higher power.
Estimated Completion
He estimated that it will take him 1-3 days to finish this house if he works on his house every day for 8-12 hours.
Restrictions
This house is for PRIVATE USE ONLY!!! Only Zappingsbrew, staffs, mods, and admins has access to this house. Other people can only look outside and enjoy looking at the house that fills the gap of Newport. Other people cannot also grief and trespass or steal chests as this will result in a PERMANENT BAN!!!
Safety
During Construction
Stair-shapes oak planks and ladders were used. Crouching is also used to prevent fall damage. Plank platforms are attached to horizontal oak log frames while constructing the roof.
Stairs
Stairs has a proprietary design fence (not a patent) that prevents parkour to let people escape. They are 2 blocks tall from the stairs and maintain the entire high up to where a person cannot get over the fence.
Name Origin
< Darkerfly> why are you building like we are in alpha
He named the house "AlphaHouse" because Darkerfly, the staff of Newport asked him a question that reminded him to name it AlphaHouse, to match his naming schemes from his other personal houses called SeaHouse and Sky House.
