The Anti-Rep Cookie Empire (also referred to as the Anti Rep Cookie Empire (without the hyphen), or as it's internal codename: Operation: Kill ghomik) were a group of people who share a common goal to kill 
Ghomik.
It was created by ItzRetorik after he was killed by Ghomik, and wanted to assemble a group of people who wanted to kill him. Their "headquarters" was set to be at Nebulus, as ItzRetorik is a member of the Black Starwalkers, and wanted their assistance in killing Ghomik.
The group was more akin to a discussion about how they wanted to kill him, as nothing was ever really done, minus a few scuffles. It was seen internally by most of it's current and former members as a "joke group" rather than an actual group that was planning to kill him, as it's founder intended it to be.
Following 
Clomik's ban on June 30th, 2026, the group's goal was effectively ended, and while no disbanding ever took place, it had already effectively ended earlier when it went inactive in mid-January 2025.
