Jes4 is a Moderator, "Dr. House" (?) and self-proclaimed Man of Brainrot (according to the United Texas Coalition discord) who is known for his various Buildings and Brainrot.
Jes4 is part of the United Texas Coalition's Leadership Team and is also a staff member of Dubina.

Jes4 is largely known for popularising and contributing to the rise of various forms of Brainrot and MinecraftOnline Slang, in accordance with the Fuz Inc. organisation.
According to Jes4, he believes a lot of the Brainrot is largely due to MSWindows, of which MS largely disassociates himself with and dismisses.
Examples
- "Big Problem" - This expression was largely popularised by Jes4 following MSWindows's frequent use of the term when referring to The Great Snowdonia Connection and its construction. Additionally, this led to the infamous "Biggest Problem" award in the "Best of the Decade and a Half" MCO Awards. Initially, MSWindows found this really annoying and crashed out but today, he has grown largely accustomed to it although he does not like how it might initially impression on new users on MinecraftOnline when they take the meaning of it literally without the context.
- "Bludgeon" - This expression was largely popularised by Jes4 due to MSWindows's casual use of the term when referring to people. The term "Bludgeon" is a Portmanteau of the slang word "Blud" and the Pigeon bird. The term "Bludgeon" is not to be confused with "Bulgeon", an intentional misspelling of the word, which is another term instead popularised by
Cinnamonci. - "Truth Nuke" and "Truke" - Origins of this expression is unknown but it is associated with Jes4 regardless as he frequently uses the term.
- "Truly Jesevian" - Origins of this expression is unknown but part of it is known to be associated with Jesev, which is a former name of Jes4. It is believed that this term is used to link something with Jes4.
"Bridgerot"
Jes4 has largely contributed to a new division of Brainrot, largely associated with 
Lukemaster60 due to The Great Snowdonia Connection, known as "Bridgerot". An example of this is in how Lukemaster60 has the "Bridge" role in the United Texas Coalition discord. Furthermore, a large portion of "Bridgerot" has been associated with the "memeless" role due to Lukemaster60's server-wide association with low-quality, "standard furry garbage" memes which some users thought were "unbearable".
