Geisterstadt is a town in the north of the island “Ithania”, which was founded by GhostofGoblin and Formel9000 on the 4th of July 2024 and is being constantly extended.
The focus of Geisterstadt is to keep peace and have different districts, which have different trademarks. For example, the focus of the first district is Cobblestone. If you want to build in Geisterstadt, please contact GhostofGoblin or Formel9000. If we don’t answer immediately, feel free to visit Geisterstadt!

Geisterstadt is full of friendly people which are ready to help you. We are a independent town and have no enemies. Another reason is our wealth due to the GWuHP (explained later in the article). Whether you want to build, mine, or just have fun, Geisterstadt is the perfect town for you! Just contact the city staff, respect the rules and you should soon be a member.
Geisterstadt and Anubis773´s Mushroom Island
On the 7th of April, 2025 a pact between Anubis773 and Geisterstadt was founded. He is our newest member.
Anubis773, who is not very active at the moment agreed to cooperating and joining Geisterstadt, after Formel9000 asked him if he wanted to join Geisterstadt and let us build on his Mushroom Island. After agreeing, he is now an official member of Geisterstadt and helped us expand our city by giving us the chance to build on new ground. A connection between the Main Town of Geisterstadt and the Mushroom Island is now in planning. Whether it is going to be underground or some kind of bridge is unknown at the moment.

Peace
Geisterstadt was built and is dedicated to keeping peace with other towns. However, since 
Mimjo joined Geisterstadt, a conflict between the peace keepers and Mimjo has started.
After hearing about Koo's plans about war with other towns, Formel9000 has concidered making Geisterstadt independent from Koo. This seperation hasn't been done yet, because Formel still has to discuss it with the other founder of Geisterstadt GhostofGoblin.
GWuHP
The GWuHP, short form for Geisterstadt Wirtschafts und Handels Pakt (Ghosttown Economy and Trade Pact), is a organization founded by Formel9000, GhostofGoblin and mimjo. The goals of this organization are to keep a positive budget, expanding the properties of Geisterstadt and recruit more inhabitants. It was founded on January 22nd, 2025 after Formel9000 realised, that a organization like that was needed after six months since the founding of Geisterstadt in July 2024. Geisterstadt has got a very smart economy plan. Many of our resources are farmed out of town, mostly at farms. That´s how we can keep our budget positive. Since the GWuHP was founded, this concept is more commonly used in Geisterstadt and helps our economy to grow.

History
One day on the beginning of July 2024, players GhostofGoblin and Formel9000 started playing on Minecraftonline. After searching, GhostofGoblin found a place to build and we named it Geisterstadt, which means Ghosttown. Miez10, Entername424 and Feuerstein10 joined our town and helped it grow. The user mimjo/Koo also joined our town, but that is another story. On the 19th of January 2025 Troffix3247 joined our town. We are thankful for every player who builds in Geisterstadt!
Formel9000 legacy
Formel9000 is the co-founder of Ghost Town, a fast-growing metropolis on the Minecraft Online server, and the political mastermind behind the movement known as MGA – Mir Gehört Alles ("Everything Belongs to Me").
What began as a cooperative building project with the communist player Ghost of Goblin quickly turned into a brutal ideological power struggle – leading to an ongoing high treason trial, the formation of a political party, and the start of construction on the MGA Towers, the planned seat of future domination.
🔨 The Early Days: Unity Through Diversity?
Ghost Town was founded by two vastly different figures:
- Ghost of Goblin: A staunch communist and idealist. His philosophy was simple:
“Materials belong to no one – they belong to everyone.”
- Formel9000: A pragmatic strategist who believes in control and ownership. His motto:
“Without property, there is no order.”
At first, their teamwork thrived – Ghost provided resources for new players, while Formel9000 organized the city’s layout and infrastructure.
But as time went on, their clashing ideologies led to conflict.
⚖️ The Break: When Kindness Becomes a Crime
In Spring 2025, Formel9000 formally accused Ghost of Goblin of high treason.
The main charge?
“Excessive kindness and the unauthorized distribution of building materials.”
Key evidence included several public chests filled with stone, wood, iron, and even diamonds – labeled with messages like:
“Take what you need ❤️ – Ghost”
According to the MGA party, these actions endangered the property-based structure of Ghost Town and threatened its economic stability. The trial is currently ongoing, led by the newly formed Formel Court.
🏛️ The Birth of MGA – Mir Gehört Alles (Everything Belongs to Me)
While the trial unfolds, Formel9000 launched his political movement: the MGA Party, with a strict platform:
- Strong centralized ownership
- No free distribution of materials
- Order through control
The party’s slogan is clear:
“If it’s not yours, it will be mine soon.”
The centerpiece of this new vision: The MGA Towers – a massive skyscraper complex.
Planned as the future headquarters of the administration, the party, and the judicial system.
