A gigantic headquarters for Liastrae's organisation, The Accord. When built along with the rest of the town of Vizima, caused many surprised reactions such as: "De fuq. Lias can build?", due to Liastrae's refusal to build before this town, instead pillaging many innocent Freedonians.
