Luna Bay is the oceanic region spanning from the south end of Aeston Isle and the waters beneath Saikyo. It receives its name from the remnants of the original City of MOON, littering the ocean floor below.

Project: Recovery

The broad expanse of territory between Saikyo and Project MOON has been home to a lot of ship travel over the years, ferrying both passengers and cargo. During the tail end of reconstruction, however, a survey team was dispatched from the newly constructed Outpost Recovery to track down any remnants of the original city that had fallen eras ago. After a lengthy search, various chunks of debris from the roads and buildings were located due south of The Archipelago. This zone has since been declared a region of historical significance, and work continues to examine and document the old wreckage. Some particular artifacts of interest have been unearthed over the years, notably the original Turris Lucia Bell.

The Broader Region

Although many use the name to refer to the expanse of ocean littered with ruins, officially the Luna Bay region includes waters surrounding the entirety of Project MOON. The region officially borders on the west with Northport, the south with the island due south of Saikyo, to the east with mainland owned by  Zen_Fighter, and to the north with Aeston Isle.
