The New American Empire, also known as the NAE, is an alternative to the BenEm and other inter-settlement unions. The goal of this organization is to provide the same camaraderie of other alliances with less of the requirements and politics. Any town that is interested in becoming a state may ask 1posa1 or another representative of the NAE. NAE believes in a laissez-faire form of government allowing states to enjoy the freedom of independence, but also have the protection from outsiders who may encroach on your towns territory or try to repeatedly kill a player.

- Member-states cannot be removed without a 2/3 vote by active members
Obligation of States
- Have to defend states within the NAE if attacked by outside forces
- All states enter into any treaty that Congress decides on by a 2/3 vote of active member states
Benefits to States
- Protection from neighbors
- Most towns get added to the road system
- freedom from inter-organization politics, and most MCO politics in general

Attacks on the NAE
NAE has fought against BenEm several times. NAE prides itself on connecting newly developed towns to major road links. BenEm has more resources than the NAE road building group and use admin abuse to attack the NAE. One example of this is Lemonaid town which was removed by admin 
TheDarkrai85 due to lies perpetrated by 
Snakyman. On the upside, many members of BenEm left them because of this.[dubious]
