Inspired by 
TheDemetri's smaller functioning clocktower near Spawn, and learning the craftbook that powered it, aggrievedCanine decided to take the concept further. After asking a few players for a good location, 
Eclypto18 accepted its construction in his town of New Eden. After some time mostly spent placing signs, crafting redstone lamps, and falling off of it several times, as well as some minor technical difficulties, it was completed.
Currently malfunctioning due to TheDemetri removing and replacing it using world edit.
