Northshore Outpost is a small island with a watch tower off the north coast of Project MOON. It was constructed to help monitor northbound traffic and establish permanent borders for the floating city.
History
In the waning days of the reconstruction effort Project MOON, small outward territory was seized to help better protect the borders from any invaders. This small offsite island saw the construction of a few small docks and a watch tower that can see all the way from Neighbor Luna, to Northport, and even the south side of Aeston Isle on a clear day. Regular postings help monitor and keep track of naval traffic in the north end of Luna Bay.
The southern side of Neighbor Luna is generally considered more historically valuable and viewed as more prone to thieves or pirates. The tight borders kept by Project MOON, Saikyo, and the mainland to the east and west keep a lockdown on the region for non-authorized travel. Considering Project MOON is one of the largest cities just below the North Expanse, security is an ever-demanding presence. This watch tower has become a vital strategic point for civilians who wish to sleep safely at night.
