The Tetris Monument was built by  Tank_AUT as a spare-time project, beside building the St. Peter's Basilica. Although it is not very big, it was quite expensive. It consists of 8 diamond blocks, 8 gold blocks, 12 lapis lazuli blocks, more than 40 iron blocks, and various dyed wool blocks. It is also the second structure that features a MIDI tune (which is the Tetris B theme).

Over the years, the Tetris Monument was forgotten about, and heavily griefed. On June 13th 2023,  SenatorApple noticed this heavily griefed structure, noticing it dates to 2011, and using Lightonia, he restored it to its original glory, adding barrier blocks to protect this ancient build from the greedy hands.
