History
During the reconstruction of Project MOON, The Archipelago was constructed in order to offer extra amenities not available in the original city. The Har-Bar was constructed really early on as a main storefront for the Western Waters Shipping Co. It proved a popular destination to arrivals from the Mushiana Harbour leading to it becoming one of the most highly rated taverns in the region. Today, it stands as an active drop-by point for visitors and citizens who want to get away from the big city of Neighbor Luna.
