Western Holt Road is a short road connecting Acacia Glades Pass Highway to the Acacia Road Network. It is part of Freedonia Highway Route 71, which stretches from Route 101 east of Sprazz Ferry to Vizima, comprising the northern half of the former HyperRoute 15 and the north-south axis of the Acacia Road Network. It begins at the turn of the Acacia Glades Pass Highway, the western terminus of Freedonia Highway Route 332, and ends at the start of Sunrise Lane. The road runs past the Acacia Glade Western Railway station "Acacia Roads Holt".
The road was originally planned to be extended into New Eden by 
Eclypto18, however New Eden has become a closed town only accessible by Nexus. The start of the road was rerouted in February 2021 for possible further development of New Eden or boat related projects.
