Dunwich
Dunwich is a beta-esque town founded by EIectricWizard where every house is completely free for all citizens (Dunwizards and Dunwitches alike) and every structure is built by the owner with the occasional help from friends. Newer players that join can choose to be given diamond gear as a welcome gift.
After first building his first base in a corrupted chunk area in the middle of the sea, EIectricWizard decided to expand his territory with different beta-inspired structures, creating what is now know as Dunwich, a town that is heavily inspired by classic Minecraft and its medieval-type aesthetic*. Some buildings are owned by fictional characters that function in a society such as butcher Carniff, Sophia the apothecary, Ol Pippo the tavern owner and many more, but the rest of the houses are accessible by anyone upon asking the owner, who will lend any house in the grounds of Dunwich for the cost of 0 diamonds. A resident can customize their house however they want on the inside but must ask permission for modifying the exterior.
*(It is important to mention that Dunwich's architecture isn't a direct depiction or replica of Beta Minecraft, as upside down stairs and slabs and other ''newer'' blocks are sometimes utilized in different parts of the town. It resembles the style but not completely recreates it)

Shortest route to get there
Despite the fact Dunwich has all the necessary requirements, the town doesn't yet have a Nexus link, however going there by foot isn't an impossibly hard task to go through (if we ignore the possibility of a mod directly teleporting you there).
Go to Nexus Purple 3 at New Snak City, go south to the melon farm and then go left. When reached the river, cross the stone bridge with iron bars and follow the road until you see a staircase and then go right to road 111 (west).
In alternative, go check Dunwich Station. (designed by Marmo_D)
Rule...s?
The only actual rule in Dunwich is that only the owner and whoever is explicitly asked to help is allowed to build. This may be considered a strict rule, but it is solely due to maintaining the general theme of the town without diverging too much into different styles.
