The Freedonia Bankers Institution (FBI for short) is a group dedicated the currency used in Freedonia. They handle exchange rates, local currency, banking, and giving out loans to players and towns.
Currencies
What defines a currency
Currency is an item(s) of value that are traded in exchange for something. Currency is reliant on ones trust for somebody or something. Generally currencies are built upon non renewable items that have moderate and common rarities. The main currency in Freedonia is Diamonds. Certain towns will differ from the main currencies based off local customs. Notable examples include Freerdonias Posa bucks and E Towns gold bars.
Currencies like Gold Bars that are renewable have unpredictable values. Non renewable currencies like Diamonds, Gold Ore, Horse Armour, and Lapis Ore have more stable values based around the exploration and mining industries.

Currently the only currency exchange is operated in Kanal Town on its spruce dock. You can exchange Diamonds into Gold Ore and Spawners at this location currently.

Q: Why use currencies outside of diamonds?
A: Because currencies outside of diamonds can be used for larger and much smaller trades. Using something like gold ore allows for smaller trades to still make players money. While larger trades using a future undecided currency will allow for less space to be taken up by diamond blocks.
Q: Can you build a currency exchange for us?
A: For a small fee depending on building size, yes we can!
