Friendship Avenue is a section of land developed by ReaperSniper221 and JCobbler2012, and serves as a middle point between Burgeon City and Mt. Pespla. It also has a village called Sunny Meadows. It is apart of the Lake Callian Region.
No specific founder can be identified, but it's said that one of the citizens from Mt. Pespla was responsible for building a path between the cities in the first place. Roostery was later confirmed to be the one who built the paths in Friendship Avenue.
History
At some point in time Roostery created the paths in Friendship Avenue.
Friendship Avenue began seeing development on May 19, 2022 as a response to the grow of Burgeon City and Mount Pespla. ReaperSniper221 created the plots at Sunny Meadows and JCobbler2012 came up with the name.
When alexa_29 started to terraform north of Mt. Pespla she saw that somebody built a dirt bridge that wasn't approved by Mt. Pespla government. So, she asked JCobbler2012 and he removed it, and later she made a bridge called JCobbler bridge that connects Mt. Pespla to Sunny Meadows.
In July 2022, JCobbler2012 asked 
Ahri_29 to invite new players to Sunny meadows and he gave Ahri_29 perms to administrate the place, so she started to give plots to all members of Pespla and also created a promotion to new players that consists of giving a plot at Sunny Meadows if they build a house at Mt. Pespla.
Sunny Meadows
Sunny Meadows is a village located in Friendship Avenue. It is also a state of the New United States. Originally built by ReaperSniper221 in May 2022, it serves as a town for new players to live in. The following players have perms to modify the section:
