Burgeon City, initially known as The Arid District, is a settlement founded in late January, 2022 by JCobbler2012, and managed by podd. It is one of the settlements that's associated to Lake Callian.
The idea of the settlement began when Raterft suggested to expand Lake Callian in some form, and it was decided to use the desert region at the back of the base. With not much of a trajectory, the expansion plan was given to podd when he wanted to build a new base of his own.
The name of the settlement is based on the word "burgeon", which means "to grow or increase rapidly, or flourish."

Farm Hall
Farm hall is a huge corridor that will be Filled with endless farms, from trees, iron, stone, villagers (exclusive for some), and gold. This is to be the face of the city as it will be the most useful for most players and members of the town. Residents are allowed to use exclusive farms such as the gold farm, which is known to be much more efficient then other gold farms around Freedonia.
Related Settlements
Lake Callian, Port Beerian, and Sergei Fortress are all settlements that are related Burgeon due to them all being in the Lake Callian Region.
