HS-133 is a large village in the Inner West region, located southwest of ForbiddenOutpost, northwest of Minemart, and to the south of Utopia. The settlement had likely begun with the house of bobthewonderdog, sometime after 2011. The village's staff members are likely 2eZ4u and 
KingServal. It is connected to NewVenice via an ice tunnel.
To the east of the settlement is bobthewonderdog's complex, consisting of Bob's cobblestone and glass house as well as a greenhouse and a two-storey house, both made of wool. To the south is a campfire, as well as dirt and cobblestone houses built into a hill. The western part of the village is where most of the town members live, featuring plots, a neo-noob storage tower with a cactus, sugar cane, and slime farm, a mining pit, a spider XP grinder, crop and nether wart farms, as well as what seem to be abandoned animal pens.
The site was rediscovered by 
BuffaloBom in late 2025, being catalogued into the Unnamed Settlements Program shortly after.
