On the 19th July 2021 Jaysax_ asked 
Stromhurst and 
Krenath if he could build on a small piece of land north of spawn, between two intersecting slopes below the large UK flag and behind the giant wooden creeper. Shortly after, both admins appeared and created a boundry within which he could make his house. Over time the house expanded beyond this boundry in accordance with the rules.
In early 2022 the interior was remodeled. A kitchen, living room, master bedroom and attic were created and the basement area was revamped.
