Basic Info
Formerly know as the UTCPS (United Texas Coalition Postal Service), the Navarro Express was founded on August 25, 2022 by 
JimyHendricks with the construction of the Dubina Post Office, the group has a specific set of requirements needed to join the mail system. It is currently being led by Kendon. The name Navarro Express was inspired by the Mojave Express from Fallout New Vegas.
Requirements
You can add your town to the mail system by simply being a part of the UTC and constructing a post office in your town. However, in constructing your post office, you must take care to include these three things:
- An inbox for every resident of your town.
- An instructional board for mail deliverers.
- A proper way to keep any delivered mail safe.
An inbox setup with separated deposit and pickup chests, linked by hoppers, is an easy way to keep the mail safe.
Other than that you have free reign everything else, such the outer appearance of the building or anything additional you may want to add.
