Penn Station is planned to be the main FRS & SCR hub of the West Border. Within its massive structure will be the home of many facilities, including commercial, and residential.
Construction
Currently, the entire north side of the station is done, with the southern half and concourse to be finished before the end of February by 
orchunter88 and 
Dunechan.
