The Spiral Tower is a build in the Newport Swamp District made by IconPippi. The tower was originally constructed elsewhere, but it was moved into the city by admins. It sits on a mostly artificial island. This is technically the tallest build in Newport because it is the only max height tower that is located at sea level, all of the other ones are slightly above sea level.
