Tulsa, also known as Fort Whistler, is a town named after Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tulsa was established on November 13, 2025 just off of Freedonia Route 96, and incorporated on February 18, 2026.
If you would like to build, ask Zalinkie. Tulsa offers many plots and, at times, a few finished homes to claim. Tulsa is a town free of skyscrapers and taller buildings (except for the watchtower and church), so most structures are not allowed over 30 blocks tall, especially if the floors repeat.
How to get to Tulsa
To get to Tulsa, you can use the Nexus System by going to Nexus Yellow, then the Left pad, and then take the Tulsa pad. Or you can fly, boat, or use the nether highway.

Permission System
Founder has same permissions as Owner.
Owner Permissions:
Has access to everything in the town and can do anything with the town. Can recruit and evict any member, and can remove perms from anyone.
BSW Permissions:
Has access to storage, farms, and can build on unclaimed plots. Must ask owner to recruit and evict members.
Resident Permissions:
Has access to their claimed plot and cannot edit or build anything else in the town unless it is the farm or if the owner says it's OK.
Zones
Red Zones:
The Red Zones contain the plots of the town and other larger plans. One must ask the owner or the mayor to build in such areas. Red zone rules and permissions apply here.
Green Zones:
The Green Zones do not contain plots; most red zone rules do NOT apply here, though it is still recommended to keep building height low, and it is optional to be a resident if you build here. If you choose to build in the green zone, you will probably be asked if you want to be a member of the city. Whether you are a member or not in the green zone, you can still use the farm.
Purple Zones:
The Purple zones are not part of Tulsa, but are other settlements/properties.
