The UTC National Highway System is a infrastructure project to connect all corners of the United Texas Coalition with a nearby roadway. This project was first conceived by Ken_the_Foxxo and implemented in August of 2023, Construction started the same month.
The main goal of the network is to connect the mainland of the United Texas Coalition and the Southeast frontier with public infrastructure for the first time. These roads will hopefully fulfill another goal of the project. That is: Increase settlement of the Southeast frontier and the United Texas Coalition homeland.

UTC National Highway Network Code of Construction
When building the roads in the UTC Highway Network there are a few standards you must follow.
Road Routing
Road Curves
Bridges - Tunnels
Road Width & Style
Road and the Terrain
UTC Route Numbering
Summary of Numbering
The UTC Network uses the same numbering system as the US Interstate Highway System.
Explanation of Numbering
Major Routes
Major Routes that span the nation either end in a 0 or 5 depending on their main route of direction
5 goes North - South
0 Goes East - West
Medium Routes
Medium routes follow the same numbering pattern as the Major routes only difference is they CANNOT end in a 0 or 5
Odd goes North - South
Even goes East - West
Auxiliary Routes
Auxiliary routes are generally classified as spur routes, which connect to the parent route at one end, bypasses, which connect to the parent route at both ends, or beltways, which form a complete circle intersecting the parent route at two locations.
Auxiliary Numbering
The first digit of the three digits usually determines whether a route is a Bypass, Orbital or Spur The last two digits are derived from the main UTC Highway.
Odd first digit: Route does not come back to parent highway. (aka: Spur)
Even first digit: Route does come back to the parent highway (aka: Orbital or Bypass)
