These two unsuspecting islands actually hide an incredible amount of goods for Western Waters Shipping Co. Due to the main facilities' location in the southern half of Freedonia, these cellars are a drop-off and storage point for many more limited goods.

History

Western Waters' location in the southwest region of Freedonia has historically led to the bulk of its fleet operating in the lower reaches of the Western world. Operations in the Northern Expanse and the Lunar Lake (Luna Bay) region were still points of interest. Between the treacherous turns of The Narrows, and the seasonal fog storms that roll into Luna Bay, it is not always feasible to maintain a constant route of supplies toward the northern reaches. This has led to a few different drop-off points, where alcoholic and nonperishables can be delivered in bulk and then redistributed as needed to vendors. This small island was settled with a small Wayhouse and an underground storage area. Although minimally defended, its close proximity to Project MOON and the ever-vigilant Northshore Outpost means most privateers think twice about heisting the facility.
