The #AllStaffAreBad movement (ASAB) was started after the logcheck ban of veteran player FunkyHunk, whose last words before being unjustifiably banned were "I can't build". After riots were incited by upset gray-named players throughout major cities such as Newport and Dubina, the #AllStaffAreBad movement would begin to gain traction, gaining the full support of the NAACP soon after. #AllStaffAreBad seeks to completely shut down the Freedonian staff team, in favor of community crisis volunteers being funded to de-escalate grief or cheating situations instead of banning players. While some may consider this movement to be 'offensive', current data trends reveal that well over 99 percent of bans were dealt out to players who were *not* on the staff team, most of which being gray-named players.
FAQ
Q: I know some people on the MCO staff team that are pretty swell, are you trying to tell me that they're bad too?
A: While yes, you may know some members of the staff team who seem to be good people, the truth of the matter is that they're enabling a system of violence & oppression against non-staff players, even if they aren't participating in the banning themselves.
Q: If MCO didn't have the staff to ban people, our server would be overrun with griefers and hackers! You should be ashamed of yourself.
A: That's not a question dumbass, and under our new program, non-staff volunteers would be deployed to any rulebreakings in progress in order to peacefully de-escalate the situation.
Q: I'm a member of the staff team, and your movement has really shed light on what's going on what we've been doing. I feel awful, what should I do?
A: It's very brave of you to question the system of oppression you've been serving under, and it's not too late to change your path. Shed your sinful blue (or god forbid red) names, and come join us on the right side of history.
