Reino Z (literally Kingdom Z) is a city in northeast part of the 2021 land expansion, built by fans of Chilean YouTuber ZetaSSJ, one of the biggest settlements that expanded rapidly in Freedonia.
Transportation
Today the fastest way to get into the settlement is by using the road made by 
by_kpan and 
MrQUESO2009 that connects the Nexus Borderlands Hub North-East (Red) 2 and El Reino Z with a length of 946 blocks.
History
Reino Z was founded on November 9 by ZetaSSJ. At first, it began only as a small castle gate, but after ZetaSSJ posted his video about MCO to his channel with 2.15 million subscribers, the invasion quickly followed. His fans flocked to Zeta's place and gathered together to create the "Kingdom of Zeta", also known as El Reino Z, or Reino de Zeta. The population ballooned to hundreds of citizens, of which the vast majority were all Spanish speakers.
The intense concentration of new Spanish players made the town a likely PVP target for several regulars, who arrived and began to attack and kill Reino inhabitants, either under the guise of helping the TPS or purely for the sake of killing. Some serial killers are given strong negative potion effects upon approaching the place and focused on the player list.
A day after the original video was published, the town received its own warp (/warp Zeta). However, it lasted only a few hours, as the town's founder requested it to be removed. There is no Nexus or warp that lead directly to the town, as the town's founder stated that he wished for players to explore the server in order to come to the town.
Buildings
The gate entrance, built by ZetaSSJ, became surrounded by hundreds of signs placed by citizens or passersby, to the point where they have almost completely surrounded it.
Just in front of the gate, outside the city, is a boardwalk with docks for visitors who arrived by boat and inside of the city is a vast array of houses, shacks, cottages, and pixel art.
Fun Fact! If one counts every plot and building made by unique players, it likely makes El Reino Z the biggest town on Freedonia, with roughly 270 unique players (counted by 
CH_2011).
