Introduction
The Holy Hispanic Empire is the evolution of the Hispanic Union. The main objective is to protect and unite Spanish-speaking players and their settlements. Blacknightmon, King of Tax Haven, with the help of other members from the Hispanic community of MCO (such as 
JesusMRS, 
spacecool, and 
Creeper_Power, among others), and after a meeting of the highest level, approved the transformation of the Hispanic Union into something greater, the Holy Hispanic Empire.

Positions and Roles
1. Emperor Blacknightmon
The Emperor of the Holy Hispanic Empire is elected through a democratic vote held on November 9th every year. The role of the Emperor is primarily administrative; the true power resides in the will of the members. All important issues are discussed and voted on within the Discord server. The Emperor must be an active and regular player. Any member of the Holy Hispanic Empire has the right to become a candidate with the exception of banned players from MCO or/and from the official discord server. The Emperor has the power to appoint, modify, create or destroy the Secretaries. Moreover, every decision must be approved by him. However, a decision can be approved without the Emperor agreement if it is what an absolute mayority wants.
2. Prince Creeper_Power
The Prince of the Holy Hispanic Empire is the second most voted during the democratic election held on November 9th every year. The role of the Prince is the same as the Emperor. However, the Prince only is required if the Emperor is unable to fullfil his duties.
3. Secretary of Defence JesusMRS
The Secretary of Defence is a position elected by the Emperor. He is in charge of everything related to war, army and strategy.
4. Secretary of Economy spacecool
The Secretary of Economy is a position elected by the Emperor. He is in charge of everything related to buildings, railways and projects.
5. Secretary of Diplomacy
The Secretary of Defence is a position elected by the Emperor. He is in charge of everything related to relationships with other Nations, organizations, etc.
6. Secretary of Equality

Rights and Duties
- The Viceroyalties must appoint a Representative who will become Viceroy (He must be member of the Empire previously)
- Each Viceroyalty has the right to one vote if an election concerns the Viceroyalties
1. Los Virreinatos deben escoger a un representante que se convertirá en Virrey (debe ser miembro del Imperio previamente) 2. Cada Virreinato tiene un voto en las decisiones que conciernan también a los mismos 3. El Virrey tiene voto como miembro, pero además debe transmitir la posición de su Virreinato 4. Los Protectorados son terrenos propiamente del Imperio o Ciudades/Asentamientos/Estados/Terrenos que no se pueden considerar hispanohablantes 5. Los Protectorados deben escoger a un representante que se convertirá en Capitán General (No es obligatorio que sea miembro del Imperio). En el caso de los terrenos propiamente del Imperio su Capitán General será el Emperador 6. El Capitán General representa la posición de su Protectorado, solo tendrá voto si es miembro, pero su Protectorado no gozará de tal derecho 7. La sede principal se traslada desde Hispania hasta Tax Haven momentáneamente, hasta que se consiga un terreno en el Spawn o una ciudad con mejor posición 8. Se mantiene el deber de los Virreinatos de albergar una sede del Imperio, o al menos de cooperar cuando se decida construir una 9. Tanto los Virreinatos como los Protectorados necesitan pasar por un proceso de solicitud similar al de los Hidalgos para ser admitidos 10. Se incluye el deber de prestar ayuda a un miembro atacado si así lo ha aceptado el Emperador y una mayoría cualificada en una reunión de emergencia. 11. La pena por no prestar ayuda será la deshonra, una penalización que no expulsa del Imperio, pero sí conlleva la pérdida de otros derechos como el voto 12. Para expulsar a un Virreinato, Protectorado, o Hidalgo debe ser aceptado por el Emperador y por una mayoría cualificada, si el Emperador no lo aprueba se puede conseguir la expulsión con una mayoría absoluta.
