Introduction
The Holy Hispanic Empire is the evolution of the Hispanic Union. The main objective is to protect and unite Spanish-speaking players and their settlements. Blacknightmon, King of Tax Haven, with the help of other members from the Hispanic community of MCO (such as 
JesusMRS, 
spacecool, and 
Creeper_Power, among others), and after a meeting of the highest level, approved the transformation of the Hispanic Union into something greater, the Holy Hispanic Empire.

Positions and Roles
1. Emperor Blacknightmon
The Emperor of the Holy Hispanic Empire is elected through a democratic vote held on November 9th every year. The role of the Emperor is primarily administrative; the true power resides in the will of the members. All important issues are discussed and voted on within the Discord server. The Emperor must be an active and regular player. Any member of the Holy Hispanic Empire has the right to become a candidate with the exception of banned players from MCO or/and from the official discord server. The Emperor has the power to appoint, modify, create or destroy the Secretaries. Moreover, every decision must be approved by him. However, a decision can be approved without the Emperor agreement if it is what an absolute mayority wants.
2. Prince Creeper_Power
The Prince of the Holy Hispanic Empire is the second most voted during the democratic election held on November 9th every year. The role of the Prince is the same as the Emperor. However, the Prince only is required if the Emperor is unable to fullfil his duties.
3. Secretary of Defence JesusMRS
The Secretary of Defence is a position elected by the Emperor. He is in charge of everything related to war, army and strategy.
4. Secretary of Economy spacecool
The Secretary of Economy is a position elected by the Emperor. He is in charge of everything related to buildings, railways and projects.
5. Secretary of Diplomacy
The Secretary of Defence is a position elected by the Emperor. He is in charge of everything related to relationships with other Nations, organizations, etc.
6. Secretary of Equality

The Secretary of Defence is a position elected by the Emperor. She is in charge of everything related to equality since she is the only woman of the Empire.
7. Viceroy

Rights and Duties
- The Viceroyalties must appoint a Representative who will become Viceroy (He must be member of the Empire previously)
- Each Viceroyalty has the right to one vote if an election concerns the Viceroyalties
- Each Viceroy has the right to one vote since he has to be member of the Empire. However, he also is the Representative of a Viceroyalty, therefore, he votes twice, one is his personal preference, and the other one what his Viceroyalty decides.
- The Protectorates are those lands owned by the Empire or a City/Settlement/Country/Territory not considered Spanish-speaker
- The Protectorates must appoint a Representative who will become Field Marshal (it is not mandatory for the Field Marshal to be member of the Empire). The Field Marshal of the lands owned by the Holy Hispanic Empire is the Emperor
- The Field Marshal speaks in the name of his Protectorate, he can obtain the right to vote if he is a Spanish-speaking player and become a member of the Empire. However, the Protectorate does not have the right to vote.
- The Capital of the Holy Hispanic Empire is relocated from Hispania to Tax Haven momentarily until better circumstances.
- The Viceroyalties must contain a headquarter of the Empire, or at least they must cooperate to build one.
- Both Viceroyalties and Protectorates must go through an admission process similar to the one the Noblemen have to do.
- The Noblemen have the duty of assisting another attacked member of the Empire if it is approved by the Emperor and a qualified mayority during a meeting of emergency.
- The punishment of the unfulfilment of the duty of mutual protection and defense is the dishonour. It does not include an expulsion from the Empire, but remove some rights such as the righ to vote.
- To expulse a Viceroyalty, a Protectorate or a Nobleman, the decision has to be approved by the Emperor and a qualified mayority. In case of disagreement of Emperor and rest of members, an absolute mayority has always priority over the Emperor.
- To become a Nobleman the player must be a Spanish-speaker
