Stop-Gooningburg (DO NOT shorten to Gooningburg or Goon, please. Use SGB if you must) is a burgeoning city in the south-west part of the world, north-west from the Farm warp. Founded by  noiraka on October 05, 2025 (unconfirmed), although official acceptance of new citizens started on November 17, 2025. Closest Nexus station is Emberrest. City's main language is russian, however there are english translations for all the important signs.

History

In preparation for his video release,  noiraka (a russian youtuber) spent around a month playing solo on the server to immerse himself in the history and the vibes. After joining different cities and interacting with multiple prominent figures, he decided that the only logical way forward would be to establish his own city. Simultaneously with mentioned video's release, the city started accepting new citizens officially. The coordinates of the city were shown in the video, which prompted multiple viewers to begin their pilgrimage.

During noiraka's stream the following day (18.11.2025) a referendum was held to decide SGB's policies.

City rules

• Do NOT goon, even outside of the city. Punishable by death.
• Current city mayor holds all the rights to the town and is able to demolish and rebuild any building.
• City mayor is elected every 18th of each month. The mayor may appoint an assistant.
• Anyone from noiraka's community is free to contribute to the town.
• To become a citizen, one must place a sign with their username on the passport wall. The mayor (or their assistant) may remove a citizen without explanation.
• PvP is strictly FORBIDDEN.

Mayor

The Mayor is the current leader, who has the right to do anything with the city - changing rules included. The main purpose of the Mayor is to direct and help the city's builders. The mayor is elected every month on the 18th.
