number formatting of areas/distances/values on this page

can someone please clarify the placement of commas and their meaning for the numerical values on this page. It is unclear whether commas are being used in the continental sense as decimal points (which they probably shouldn't be), along with spaces to delineate hundreds/thousands etc. --theschlozmeister 0035, 04-Sep-2021

• Hi. Well, I used such system, because I'm from Russia, and here we usually use it. Also it is recommended by international standards (source). May be it would be better to use a half-space " ", so numbers looked tighter. Crimson Aught (talk) 10:31, 4 September 2021 (UTC)
