As well as games, a common diversion at MinecraftOnline is to hold various kinds of competitions. These competitions are designed to test the player's artistic, creative or building skills, and the competitors' efforts are judged by a panel of judges or community vote to find a victor and runners-up. Special prizes are often given out as trophies for participation and top-three placement.
