I'd tell you where it is, but I'm afraid I'd send you on a wild-goose chase.

Overview

Goosebury, founded May 26, 2022, is a small town located in the newest western expanses of Freedonia. It's a densely-packed town with its structures built clustered around Honker's Square, the central square of the town. Each structure does not necessarily belong to any overarching build style as variety is usually favored instead.

Here's a somewhat-interesting piece of trivia: the town's name, "Goosebury," is a play on the name of the gooseberry fruit!

How to get there

By Road

Goosebury is road-linked to the Nexus Borderlands Hub for West (Blue) 2, Quackertown, and Iceburg. From the Borderlands Hub to Goosebury (probably the most useful road-link), it'll be a northward journey of about 1.2km. This road's start can be found near the west side of the Nexus Hub and is labeled with a sign pointing to Goosebury.

By Rail

Goosebury is connected to the Freedonia Railway System via the Great Northern Line (which confusingly covers Freedonia's west). Once you begin traveling on this line, entering the following command in chat will stop you at the Goosebury station:

Old Maldonia

Old Maldonia was originally its own tiny swamp village founded as a satellite settlement to Goosebury on July 12, 2022. With nothing but frogs on the mind, the settlement ended up being named, "Maldonia," as a reference to the Disney movie The Princess and the Frog. In the movie, Prince Naveen (the prince who becomes a frog) is from the fictional country called Maldonia.

Goosebury's expansion slowly diminished the distance between the two settlements and it no longer made sense to classify them as two separate entities. Maldonia, now referred to as, "Old Maldonia," was officially de-incorporated and absorbed as an extension of Goosebury on September 2, 2022.
