The Republic of Baker's Edge was founded on July 4, 2020. We're a thing.

Some History

So in order to understand how this all began, we start at the history of the town's beginning. So during the construction of the road in April, getplayerhead.sh?helpimdeadinside&16.png helpimdeadinside had the idea of turning my old bread bakery, the Wasp & Co. Bread Bakery, into a town. We started to talk about some names like Waspville, Wasponia, etc. Me (bucketsofwasps) and dead had agreed on Baker's Edge, and that began the beginning of the town.

Now at the time, we were still working on the town heavily, so the only things around the time of the town's founding was dead's house, The Pavilion/Boardwalk, and the Bread Bakery. Fast forward to May, I had the idea to turn my company, Wasp & Co., into the government. At the time of Wasp & Co.'s creation, it was used for primarily nothing, I had realized in May that me and dead have done nothing with it, besides use it as the company that ran the Bread Bakery. So it shut down like normal and the Republic of Baker's Edge was born.

After the birth of the new government, not much really happened much in June besides me being away for like 3-4 weeks, and getplayerhead.sh?Leah_Starcraft&16.png Leah_Starcraft joining, but the biggest thing to come out of June was getplayerhead.sh?Beeraeka&16.png Beeraeka's joining into the town. And him joining sparked some peace between me and the Bedrocco Empire. In July, it happened, on July 4, 2020, the Republic agreed to join Bedrocco, somewhat ending the tale of the Republic, and forming the State of Baker's Edge. Joining the Empire meant some stuff had to change, including the flag, but that was minor. Fast forward a bit into July, Bedrocco merged with the USF, making Baker's Edge to become the last state to join Bedrocco before the merging.

Fast foward to October of 2020, Bedrocco is dead. Beer had left the night before Halloween. On the day of the poll on Halloween, Baker's Edge was tired of the dead empire. I wanted reform, then something popped in my mind, and I left Bedrocco, along with Catnip. Thus, I crewed up with getplayerhead.sh?AlTheChan&16.png AlTheChan and created the Federation of Freedonia (Now I.R.O.G), and Beer was banned that night from the town and discord server after not complying with orders I directly gave to him, meaning all ties relating to me and Bedrocco Empire or him have been broken. A few months after the creation of I.R.O.G, the federation was made a joke empire, only to serve as a way of making fun of other empires like USF. Fast forwards to a few months after I.R.O.G and all of that to May 2021, Baker's Edge decided to join the League of Peaceful Towns and Settlements. This then led to wasps reforming the Republic. This is where the story comes to a close.... for now. More is to come soon.
