TomWithAGun is a friend of 
Reseres, and often kills him just for the Lulz. He was formerly banned after his IDIOTIC friend 
Wigzy97 went onto his account WITHOUT HIS PERMISSION and broke a bookcase in Titanic II. No 
Liastrae, I am not bullsh*tting. Kurai Cho, a Japanese themed town, was built MOSTLY by Reseres while Tom moaned about him getting banned, but once Tom came back on he helped clean the town up a bit and get rid of the tiny mistakes that Res misses because he always thinks big. If you look at the picture of Kurai Cho on the wiki, you might be able to see a little house with birch on the sides. Tom built that, because he is awesome. He is currently helping Reseres and 
thesprazzzler build Airhaven (When they are all online together)which is going to be
awesome because EVERYTHING Tom builds turns out good. This being said, other than a house in Kurai Cho, he hasn't built anything of note yet...
He helped Liastrae pwn some n00bs at spawn once, because they were TOTALLY camping, and the only reason he died was because of F*CKING LAG! Tom has a unique type of PvP skill, in which starts singing loud rock music, in real life and in game, and hyperventilates and beats his feet on the floor. If he then dies, he rage quits and doesn't play minecraft for the next 3 days.
He doesn't take kindly to griefers, as when Reseres and he went on another server before they had found out about minecraftonline.com they built a lovely town. It had a little pathway in a picturesque lagoon with a mine straight down to bedrock, a public house, A town hall and 3 houses. Then, disaster struck. Tom took a break, and without a guard to the town (Res is pretty much hopeless at PvP) it was blown up and burn down. In just 5 minutes, the town was gone. Now, if you grief just ONE BLOCK of his, you might just feel the wrath of his gun.
If you are a newbie to the server, or if you just need some schtuff, ask Tom, he might just give you some goodies!
If you find a building of his, you can leave a calling card, I'm sure he'd be honoured to have had a guest!
Tom is currently working on an upcoming city called Skyline with 
jayceetee, and also his town, Southgun.
Tom v2
Tom v2 was a clone of 
TomWithAGun created on 02/04/2012. He was invincible, handsome, turned invisible in certain areas. Mod 
dorn284 experimented with the clone. He did not react to gravity, or fire, or items drops. But he had the normal idling animation of swinging arms. During his time alive on the server, from 4:02 to 4:31, he took over all commands that TomWithAGun would respond to. So Tom v2 could be summoned, electrocuted, tp'd to people and killed. Then after being summoned to TomWithAGun's cellar, he was fed and given stuff to drink. (i.e. TomWithAGun was stupid enough to have hundreds of collector chests in his cellar and throwing the items at Tom v2 made the enter the chests, giving the illusion that Tom v2 took these items.) After extensive tests with dorn284, 
stromhurst, 
Ldog540, and 
shypixel, he turned invisible in a missing chunk, which he might have caused. Then admin shypixel decided to restart the server in order to get rid of Tom v2. So there he ended. TomWithAGun apparently created him by killing himself by trying to sit on a upside down stair. As of yet no-one has replicated this. He shall be greatly missed.
