Well hello there, it is I, Nikita, the person you see interrupting random conversations in chat. People don't refer to me by my name too often tho, despite the fact that I'd prefer it. I play on the server roughly at least once a week, for around two years. I've only relatively recently got kinda involved in the community of the server, before I played almost like in singleplayer.

P.S. I enjoy the æsthetics of French, but I don't speak it. Instead I know Ukrainian, Russian, English and a bit of German

It was a regular Saturday, nothing really was going on. I think I might've had a break from school next week, life's great. I watched some YouTube videos, but the day was kinda boring. In the evening I remembered an old Minecraft SMP, I saw in an old video from a Ukrainian youtuber (it's in russian :/). Seeing how there was no land claims and other crap I hate in the conventional servers, I decided to check it out.

The second I joined the server (22:43) I was met with lag. I was stuck in a wall, apparently below the spawn lake. After fumbling around for a bit, relogging again and again, I decided to do /spawn because the server wouldn't do what it's meant to do. Then I saw what was going on, due to a video by FitMC, that was released the same day (which I also watched but didn't think too much about) there was a tonne of people joining the server. People in chat were raging and calling everyone to kill "Fitfags"

That is my first ever message on the server, the next few weren't too different. Despite that, I was still brutally murdered by  ScenarioPlanet. I later did a /wilderness to get some resources, but I can't remember what happened there. But, I remember going to Skyline, thinking it was a part of some infrastructure and not just a town with a cool name (I found it on the live map), I tried to use the rail, but it wasn't working. I tried to mine some planks, which resulted in a warning from  Azeur. At one point I also broke a cobblestone block, didn't get a warning for that and lastly a fence near a Nexus, because I was confused whether the chest dispenser was empty or was it just laggy. That one resulted in a warning from  podd and a guide through the rules hallway. Finally, I knew the rules of MCO. I tried looking them up on the website beforehand, but I couldn't find them.

On the 15^th I began Intermaria, at least that's when the wiki page was created, which means I began it either that day or the day prior. I got there not by /wilderness, but rather using the live map. I found this cool spot next to water, close to some buildings and found out how to get there. I used mainly the FRS by afking overnight. I died on one of the nights (I think the 13^th to 14^th) from fall damage, now I think it was in Verua, as their junction is almost always broken and I was going to the FRS South Hub. After getting there, I followed the HyperRoute 15 to Port Bleenriver and settled on the other side of the hill. After that, I'm still working on it to this day. Also, at one point  AdoreKitten gave me like 9 stacks of beef and I still have some of it laying around

Chunk errors appeared in the path of my railway

The history gets kinda boring here, because I've just been slowly building Intermaria ever since I began it. I connected it to the FRS somewhere near late summer / early autumn of 2023, but before I could actually do that, some chunk errors appeared after a violent crash of the server. That's also when I added a tonne of public farms to the town.

After New Year happened and 2024 began, my laptop broke, so I stopped playing MCO for a while. I managed to steal my sister's laptop for some time in March of 2024. In that time period, I completed a bit of a big project ‒ the Intermaria Boat Route. It runs all the way from Laugardalur to Dragon River Peak City through big cities and towns like Newport, Montegaux, Verua and more over it's almost 26 kilometres of runway. I really dreaded adding it to the live map, because it's such a long route, but then I found it added for me by  Crimson_Aught, so thanks to him :)

In summer of 2024, (I got the laptop back) I met a certain guy who was passionate about railways, about as passionate as me. His name was  SiOtter and he was working on a certain railway company, expanding their tracks around the server. The SCR, as it is known, peaked my interest, so I decided to help out. After chatting for a bit, he told me to help build bridges / plan track for the Western Express, and I think I did a pretty decent job at that

After that, I even managed to get permission to build in Kanal and then also got a Kanal Passport, pretty cool, right? Currently, I'm still working on Intermaria, as well as doing random bits here and there, like farms, but the progress is very slow
