About
Montegaux, or Montégaux, is a town founded by SenatorApple and 1Catnip.
Montegaux started out as a side-project for 1Catnip to make a player home and decorate the area in a southern US style. One day, while in VC with SenatorApple and LeBonPaxou, they decided to start a town down the road from Catnip's manor. They originally started with 3 schematics for everyone's houses, but they only finished Catnip's and Apple's house before starting on the town square. This square would be known and Roundabout Valley, and is currently the most fleshed-out part of the town. Catnip originally had a very ugly house design, and after he and Apple built a few they decided that custom houses would be the best decision for the town. Catnip designed houses tailored for the town and the specific location they were to be built, and as such each building in MG ended up being unique to themselves. After building the town hall, Apple drafted the rules and would start letting people join the town. Meanwhile, Catnip designed farms designed to attract people to the town, as well as serve as useful utilities for citizens and passer-biers alike. BlueBlaziken designed the donation storage below the wishing fountain, along with the wool and dye farms. MG is still in progress, but still looking for people to join and help grow the town.
