White Rock is a village founded by SiOtter on May 14th 2024. It has goals of becoming a modern city that works with the terrain instead of being a totally flat cityscape.
Joining Information
City TOS
City Additions
All builds in the city are considered City Additions. They are outright owned by the cities owner and are treated as donations to the greater city build. This does not mean we will touch your builds, however if a district shifts or grows it may be moved to another area. Additions that are being removed or moved will have the member who constructed them contacted and given 7 days to pick where it will be moved to or if they want it outright removed.
All city additions must follow local district rules and build codes. This includes working with the terrain and not outright flattening everything, be creative, don't be lazy.
PVP Policy
The city will be getting an arena in the future. All PVP should be consensual, but if you irritate somebody and they come to murder you thats not the city administrations problem unless it turns into bullying.
City TOS Changes
Upon joining the city you agree to all future TOS changes and additions. This is a requirement to make sure we don't have multiple sets of perms from different times. If you don't like the TOS changes thats ok, we have a suggestion box in the administration building.
Passport Policy
Kanal Federation passport holders can build in the city freely, but in doing so agree to the city TOS by default and will be treated the same as other builders. Valid passports are only made by SiOtter and HyperDray.
Districts
Downtown
Downtown is an area dedicated to larger more modern builds and skyscrapers.
Eastside
Eastside is an area for smaller homes and individual houses.
Dernic Hills
Dernic Hills is an area for smaller homes and individual houses.
Industrial
Industrial is reserved for farms.
