Active Towns
This page is representative of a single player's point of view, and might not reflect official server policy or attitudes. |
Active towns are towns and villages that are continually inhabited/built upon. Due to the many towns on the server that have died, KingServal has created a list of towns that see growth/expansion, activity, or new residents every month.
You can add your town to this list if you believe it is active, but KingServal administers this page and may change that if, after a consensus, it isn't truly active.
KingServal thanks verydairyman for finally updating this page after 4 months. This page is nearly as dead as the towns it lists.
Criteria for being active:
To be considered "active" a town must have a few essentials:
1. The town owner(s) are still active in the server and town community. It is impossible for a town to be active if the owner or co-owner(s) haven't been active in the town, or server, for months. If a town owner/staff still plays but doesn't work on their town, or do much activity there, it can be said as dead.
2: There are new buildings/town expansion is nonexistent. Due to a increase of inhabitants, a town should theoretically have new buildings and projects in it. If there is a lack of this there are good signs of the town being dead. Some exceptions are for this rule, such as towns that rely on apartments or other types of complexes.
3: There are new residents or visitors. If people do not come to a town to live, visit, or do business, that is a big sign of a town being dead.
4: The town owner says the town is dead/will not be worked on. Sometimes town owners will abandon their town on their own terms, stopping expansion and work of the town. This is a definitive sign a town is dead.
