ArtVille is a long term project that the whole community of MinecraftOnline can get involved in. ArtVille is an area near Project Angel and has a variety of pixel art all in one place.
The Idea
ArtVille was created by Blobehh, SlaggyP and ModernMyth7 who were all passionate about pixel art. One day they decided to find a place where the community could come together as one and build their favorite characters out of wool.
How do I build here?
To build here you simply need to find a free patch of land that is not too close to other pixel art. Once you have found the perfect spot, collect materials that you need and start building! Wool is generally recommended, however, other materials can be used as well. Upon the completion of your project, it is asked that you place a sign, providing the name of the character in the pixel art and naming yourself as the creator.
How do I get here?
ArtVille is accessible via warp and is connected to the Freedonia Railway System, and forms a stop at the end of a spur line heading west off the Northern Line, north of UnderWorld. It's possible to reach from Spawn by taking the Northern Line (white) and using the command /st artville. ArtVille Subway as of yet does not have any Secondary line connected to it, however, there is further potential for development.
