Night of BHS Minecraft Shenanigans

No mention of being from MCO as against the rules, but what can you do? :)

Summary

In the late evening of 9th and the early morning of the 10th of January 2012, most of the MCO staff on at the time were banned from the BHSminecraft server, a rip-off of Minecraft Online (see Clone Servers), (and run by disgraced former mod  healthyuncle). Following the plagiarism and theft of much of MCO's wiki, website, and several plugins, some staff members decided to go check out the server. All were subsequently banned for no reason, other than mentioning MCO, or in one case, using /staff.

Many of the staff were slightly pissed off by this, especially as the bans were being carried out by one of their own,  jimmyd93, an admin on the BHS server, and a former moderator on MCO. Any attempt to appeal the bans via the #BHSminecraft IRC was met with an instant ban.

Jimmy then came onto the server, declared he “Never wanted to be a moderator anyway”, and resigned from his position, leaving the server.
