Building or mining within the dome requires Draggonne's permission, as most land is terraformed and even natural land may also contain player-placed natural blocks to avoid land modification, as they serve as ambient decoration. Additionally, all underground areas belongs to Draggonne's base and will eventually be mined, so his base expansion should not be blocked.
Draggonnia is a "museum town" that showcases builds from long-time (1+ years) and currently active MCO players, with each building reflecting its creator's unique style rather than following strict building rules or thematic constraints. If the residents ever quit MCO, we will still have a display of their building styles and creative ways of thinking, all collected in a single place. The town should be seen as an artistic gallery rather than a typical utility town, where every plot is a work of art in its own right.
Draggonnia Rules
1. Building or mining within the dome requires Draggonne's permission.
2. Draggonne has ownership of everything you place under his dome.
3. Residents must only build inside their provided plots.
4. Residents can break the wool/leaf blocks to create their plot's entrance.
5. The maximum build height is Y=100; the minimum is Y=25.
6. Most of the plot should be utilized; consider adding a garden or decorative elements.
7. You agree to the rules by placing a sign on the resident wall with username and current date.
8. You lose your building rights by removing that sign.
9. Killing residents and head hunting are not allowed inside the town.
10. Draggonne may remove residents, but he will notify them beforehand.
